Well that's BULLSHIT!

I switched my plate to CT and plate number with MA Expass online... I am still getting charged "Pay by Plate" and I just called and they are like this form (which I have to print out and fax) is needed in order to switch. Yet my account is clearly showing all the correct information!

EZ Pass is great, their customer service is shit. Had to deal with a ton of bullshit from PA when I used to drive there for work, one time their reader didn't work and it pinged me for some ridiculous toll like I drove the whole length of the PA turnpike. Took them forever to credit me back.

Yeah they don't have the best customer service at all. Today she was pretty good except for the fact she said my "PIN" was incorrect which is not the case but oh well.

Vanguard mutual funds/stocks now that is customer service the way it is supposed to be!
 
Happy Friday! Spring cleaned today. Got a big dumpster and went to town. Garage looks great.

Big game on Sunday.
 
My covert mission to steal water to refill my pool went splendid. Put a fire hydrant in front my house, you pay rent.
