had a full weekend here

Renaissance Festival on Saturday was a good time. It was absolutely packed.

went fly fishing yesterday...well I drove to a river and waded through it for a mile or so, but didn't find the trout...oh well. It was a nice day out.
 
Had a good birthday weekend, all of my teams won: Braves advance to World Series, Packers beat Washington , Husker volleyball beat #7 Purdue, Husker football beat Bye
 
13-6 school W. Beat a 7-1 team on the road to clinch a playoff berth. Playoffs this Saturday.

Severe thunderstorms this afternoon. Tornado Watch. The liquor store is open at 9am.
 
One more warm day and then a cool off starting tomorrow. Need it now. Haven't had AC in almost two weeks now. And seems like we won't have any for several more weeks.

Glad it gave us the weekend and waited until Monday. Thanks, God (or thanks Global warming depending on what people believe in).
 
morning all.

quiet weekend, ended up not going to gopher game saturday. Still felt pretty run down, was hoping to have been feeling better. Doing better today, still coughing a lot. Need to run and get different flavor of cough drops
 
looks like weather is gonna be shit here all week too...which is unfortunate...but I can deal with it.

I think I will do some salmon for dinner tonight...but I didn't get any vegetables from the grocery store...might need to go back and get some asparagus or something

I just can't relate as my gophers don't have any embarrassing losses this season. Just Ohio State and I'm assuming #1 team in the MAC conference
