Snap, Crackle, Pop

I was coaching my first year out of college. Our QB was hit and landed right at my feet. He started gasping for air and reached for his throat lying on his back. Our team Physician was a Chiropractor who was standing beside me on the sideline. He looked down at the QB and saw his Adam's apple was dislocated. It was on the side of his neck! He simply reached down with his hands and with a quick snap popped it back into place. Our QB popped up and went back into the game. One of the most amazing things I'd ever seen.
