This was side work. Mostly helping a friend run his business. So I’ll be doing a lot less of someone else’s work now for what wasn’t a whole lot of pay.

Prob spend more time with my kids.

My mom just retired from her real job, and is going to just do her side job (books for step dad's company)

That's the only reason... her teacher has to teach from her classroom even though all her kids are virtual.

The district won't let a single teacher work from home. Even when the schools were hybrid or all virtual when the infection rates were high, the teachers were in their classrooms. And then my daughter's teacher had her kids with her in the classroom even though one of them was learning virtually from a teacher on the other side of the building.

They probably don't want to have to reimburse internet costs for all the teachers.

Good morning good people. Well it's a new month. Cold night, but it's suppose to be 70 either today or tomorrow. Apparently the record high today was 94. How in the hell?

It's Super Bowl week without all the BS. That's what I like. I'll turn on the game about a half hour before it starts and avoid all the talking heads.

My dryer is acting up and not drying. It's got one job, drying. How hard can that be? I may have to slap it around a little bit.

Thought for the day: As you get older, 3 things go. First is your memory and I can't remember the other two.
