Because of Murray I had to switch homeowners insurance, this came after my mortgage company paid my original insurance. When I set up the new insurance, mortgage paid for my new insurance and I got a check from old insurance company. I should've just made an escrow payment with check right then and there, but I waited, they did their analysis for my escrow, low and behold I was short and my payment jumped $500/month, between shortage and higher amount I have to pay for Home owners due to my deadly pitbull. At that time I made a large escrow payment, but not enough to fully cover shortage, I just wanted my payment to increase a more reasonable amount.

Well, it took them 3 months to do the new analysis despite me requesting it 3 months ago. It took them one month to respond to each email I sent, one of the emails I never got, just notification that I had a new email. I talked on phone and they told me to just short pay my mortgage and here would be the new amount while they did the analsysis (which they didn't do). The online chat said they'd re-run the analysis.

Anyways, when it's all said and done, my payment is now only 250/month bigger, due to increase in property taxes and homeowners insurance...huuuzah

Have I mentioned lately how happy I am that I don't have a dog?

Also, I don't have my mortgage company escrow shit. I'll pay them their interest, I'm not going to give them money to hold on to for a while until they pay it to someone else.

It's not the mechanic. He doesn't have a 2020 Civic hatchback rear bumper mold he can just make one. He purchases his OEM parts through Honda, and there are none. I doubt he wants a car sitting there taking up space that he could otherwise utilize.

I explained to him that my past two dogs often poop just before the walk AND during the walk. I also explained I've tried explaining to my dogs to do all their business and not save some poop for later in the walk, but they seem confused. I don't personally enjoy having to clean up poop, but hey. And I'm lucky one that has a dogs that like to poop 2-3 times on a walk, granted by the last shit hardly anything comes out but again no matter how many times i explain to them to only poop once, they do their own thing

After reading all these posts this morning, I'm so ecstatic over not having a dog that I'm going to celebrate by jerking off into the trash can!

I like having dogs, to each their own

I didn't put 20%, so wasn't an option.

I honestly dont mind, it's easier

Word. I liked having a dog before I had three kids and two in-laws, so I understand.

I'm just REALLY happy I don't have one now.
