So, how will the world end/humans go extinct?

Got it once, gave me the flu.

Haven’t had the shot since, also haven’t had the flu.

Went ten years between being sick. That time with the flu, then Covid last winter, before I’d ever heard of Covid.
Other than sinus infections, the only times in my adult life that I’ve been sick has been caused from some hog slop I ate.

Had food poisoning so bad one time I was sure I was gonna die and I just accepted it because there was no way I could make it to the doctor without shitting myself.

I’ve never had the flu, and haven’t had Covid, and I’ve had to get tested for Covid several times due to being around people that had it, always came back negative. Went to a funeral home and me, my dad and my grandpa were pretty much the only people there that didn’t get it

I didn’t say ”fuck them” but what I said was reality. Unfortunately COVID isn’t going away, there will be variants and the unvaccinated be it by stubbornness or clinical reasons are going to very much be at risk. There’s literally is nothing that can be done about it and the situation simply is what it is.

We don't have a chance in hell of eradicating either the flu or COVID. Going forward combined I would estimate they are going to take around 120k lives a year going forward. The flu in the past has been know to take about 60k annually so it’s probable to assume COVID will double that mark.

Elderly, people with pre-existing conditions and the unvaccinated will make up the majority of that. Since all of us will be elderly at some point it’s a reality we all need to come to terms with.
You told me the *vaccine was the answer. What changed?

The world will end the day after I hit the lottery jackpot.

Yet I continue to play.
