And did you have any issues?

And is it better, worse, or about the same as 10?

Didn't know that there was a Windows 11 :noidea:

As a general rule, don't upgrade your operating system until everyone else works out most of the kinks first.

...wait a good year after release... ...at least...

I keep getting a push alert on my work machine to update something or other but I keep snoozing it. Someone told me it takes like, 2 hours to do it. Ain’t nobody got time fo’ dat! But- if you’re saying it’s going to break shit, maybe I click that little “Take Action Now” button

"Windows 11: It's like a vaccine for your computer."

"Wait...should I have not said that? Cut! Cut!"

This. Never upgrade right away, especially Microsoft, they ALWAYS have issues.

oh, shit. I hit the snooze button to remind me in 4 hours, about half an hour ago.

It just popped up again right now and my options are
Right now (recommended)
Outside my business hours
Snooze and remind me Later, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour

Fuuuuuuuuuuuu!

Guess I'll configure my business hours to be 4am - 3am and see if they can get it done in an hour. Wish me luck!

Downloaded it a couple days ago.

First problem was with the 'Snipping Tool'.

They put in an emergency patch to download and it works fine now.

Internet was also real slow at first, but that seems to have improved.

It takes quite a while to download and install.

There were 4 reboots required. Took over an hour, so if you don't plan on sitting thru it, you might want to disable the snooze function on your device temporarily. That way it will reboot itself and you can go about your business.

LOL@ Windows operating system

I didn't realize it was still 1998

Shiiiiiizzzz. Think I'll go the old reliable route... keep making it crash then take it to IT and say it's broken and they need to fix it or I need a new one :heh:
