so yeah I see it losing in the 4th quarter.

but Oregon has produced guys like Suh, Poyer, Cade McKnown, Derek Anderson, Donte Rosario, Kailee Wong
but in an average year Oregon has 2 4 star and 6-9 3 star guys.
lets not forget Florida population is more than 5x that of Oregon
