Knicks forward Julius Randle is not expected to play Sunday in Game 1 of New York's Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Heat because of a sprained left ankle, sources tell ESPN.

Heat still +150 underdogs. If Randle is out or not 100% not sure why a red hot Miami team is that much of an underdog.
