Bookie:
$ 500.00

Ahead of CJ Stroud lol

List doesn't look too bad other than that but it seems like they aren't willing to let it go they had him rated so highly the season before and instead are choosing to die on that hill

Don't know how good this kid is but he has a kick ass name.

Sounds about right. Local radio is claiming him as the savior of the program. And they've never overreacted

After not having a QB for like a decade, I'll take sleeper watch on JJ.

Sounds like #SECBias to me.

No love for the natty winning QB who has said he will be playing football next year, he’s just not sure where?

That's some bullshit ... no Stetson Bennett IV? This is all he did this year:

Season stats:
291 of 469 (62% - 4th best in UGA history)
9.2 yards per attempt (1st best in UGA history)
39 TDs, 14 INT (5th best INT per attempt % in UGA history)

Ranking this year:
#3 - YPA - 9.97 (3rd best in UGA history)
#4 - Pass Efficiency - 176.69 (1st best in UGA history)
#3 - QBR - 86.7 (2nd best in UGA history, 41st all-time CFB)

Our OL will be better, our RBs at least the same, our WR room loses one player who hardly played, and we get back Gilbert. No one will be close to our TE room.

29 TDs to 7 ints for Bennett. That must be the total team passing TD and int numbers.

I agree with pretty well everything, but Darnell Washington is as good as gone, which does hurt the TE room, though it’ll still be awesome with Bowers and Delp(Gilbert switched to WR last I heard)

It was total team stats FTR

Bennett- 29-
Beck- 2-2
Daniels- 7-3
McIntosh- 1-0

It’s 39-12, not 14

The first 3 are career stats, the last 3 are this year. I typed that in wrong.

Not true on Washington. So far, he is staying. Still have to keep him after Spring practice, but Smart has kept Mims, Washington and Burton, all 3 of whom were likely to transfer just a few weeks ago. Evidently NIL deals are in place.

I hope you’re right, but I wouldn’t really blame him if he did leave after seeing what a younger Brock Bowers did at the same position, but I’m of the mindset that Washington needs to be targeted at least once every red zone possession

I agree, but he's not nearly the route runner than Bowers is, not that anyone else is. He's a different type of TE ... really tall, great blocker. He has to be convinced that his future lies in his blocking, or bulking up and becoming a LT. His frame could carry the weight and his is very good. Also, not sure he ever really recovered from the foot injury. He kind of lumbers when he runs. and his routes aren't anywhere near what Bowers does. But with Delp coming in, those two and Fitz, we have the best TE room by a long shot. Monken loves running 13 formations and you will see that a lot. We also have two of the top TEs for 2023 committed.

He was definitely missing a step from last year. I’m caught up on the size. A TE that big that has decent hands and his size alone makes him tough to cover, one career TD seems way too low. I hope he stays, his blocking alone makes him a valuable piece and will get him drafted
