TV Series Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett

I don't give a shit that the show isn't really about Boba Fett. Episode 6 was fucking awesome
I don't generally like that the scope has gotten to cover all the important events of the galaxy but yeah, that was fucking worth it.

Also fuck Disney for making the sequel trilogy first since we all know how this is going to eventually culminate instead of leaving it completely open.

They could introduce a multiverse or time travel to change the expected outcomes…

My favorite of the bounty hunters / mercs / Pirates is Hondo. But I think he is probably dead by this point in the timeline.

I vote that we just pretend the sequels never happened and let Dave Filoni make new ones

Last two episodes have been the best of the bunch and we’ve had zero BF sightings and his name is on the show.

It’s obvious this series was rushed and the writers weren’t sure where to take this so they had to add some filler episodes. That’s fine but I would’ve prefer a more thought out process.

I'm fine with the Mandalorian getting more exposure in this series.

That’s not the point.

The point is the Boba Fett stuff should be better. Yes we all like the Mandalorian exposure but it’s telling that don’t care if they get back to BF. We should care.

Boba Fett is just not as interesting as the Mandalorian. This is why the Mandalorian's presence was introduced in this series.

No they created two episodes that excluded Boba Fett because the writers don’t have enough material to make it through a whole season so they added this side story. The Mandalorian could have been introduced extremely quickly and they moved on with the BF story but they didn’t have the content.

They also realize they didn’t have hooks to keep the audience so they threw in a baby Yoda story.

I loved this episode.

My guess is they had the idea, so they green lit it before they actually had the storyboard up. Then they started putting together the season and realized they just didn’t have enough for a show, but the press releases were already out and the were cornered.

I think everyone agrees that the Mando eps have been awesome and will add a lot to Mando3. But that shouldn’t be the point of BF. BF should have been about BF, maybe with just a little Mando thrown in for spice.

As it is, I think they have done serious damage to the BF character. And that is disappointing.

I wouldn't be overly surprised if he shows up when Asoka Tano airs as it suppose to be about find Ezra Bridger

You are probably right. Ezra is almost like a son to Hondo.

Bingo

Cad Bane is a ruthless killer. This character really gave this episode a climactic moment.

His gun skills are good enough to shoot/kill Jedi. the sheriff had no chance.

choose the lightsaber, and you will join me
choose the armor, and you join your mother in death.

Technically speaking, BF was in the last episode, he just didn't say anything. He's standing next to Fennec when she's giving their crew a run down of what needs to happen. Kinda funny when you think about it
