The end has got to be the worst. If this disease ever affected me, I would move to a place that allows assisted suicide, and establish residency as fast as possible. The minute I can no longer communicate, end it
 
My best friends father in law had it. In the end, he had picture cards that he could communicate with...with his eyes. Horrible.
