I actually called this on the Rivals board. I knew one teams would step up and think they could do something with him. He may be a lifetime backup, but GTFO with that undrafted nonsense.

That's my QBs ... let's get hammered!!

Seriously, it's the perfect place for SBIV ... warm weather, great relationship with QB1 who is kind of injured right now, great WR1, no other backup, and a very good O minded coach.

That had to be fun times.

There were QBs that went ahead of him that he was better than (Will Levis for example).

The only two QBs that, on paper, seem like NFL QBs are Bryce Young and CJ Stroud and they were off the board right away.

Not sold on Anthony Richardson (has physical talent but not QB skills)

All that and some stilts and he might be able to see the WR's downfield.

First QB ever drafted by Mcvay and he seems pretty stoked

Plenty of time for him to sit and learn behind Stafford.

Young went to the Panthers who will run the ball and have a defense. Houston and Stroud not sure on that. Richardson needs to sit and learn and Levis too.

I don’t expect a lot now and he’s going to sit and learn. Something Baker could have done to grow. Mcvay ain’t a bad coach for a QB if he balances the run on offense

Well he is the back up so there’s that. We will all get to see what he can be with Mcvay at some point
