this is my 4th. One is never used though is just in my shed. It looks like a trash can, so in theory could use it as a trash can. I got it as a novelty.

It's just a bigger version of standard weber. I just wanted more room, too often ran out of room for sides, etc.

Well the in-laws are Buckeye fans so this explains all the issues. Not sure if her bf even follows sports, but I'm sure since he's from Ohio that he'd just go with the Buckeyes.
 
I have been so fucking busy lately. I dont understand all these people buying houses right now. The prices are are sky high, and there is bound to be a correction soon. Oh well, Its always feast or famine for me, so I'm grubbing like a motherfucker right now.
 
Just got back from a doctor's appointment.

Had to get stuck 3 times.

I appreciate that. There are certainly some teachers that are in the profession for nothing more than the paycheck and you can tell who they are. Then there are countless others (vast majority) that are spending late nights and weekends doing what they can for their students. This summer, many teachers spent a great deal of time rewriting curriculum and learning new technology in preparation for remote learning, essentially revamping an entire institution in a matter of weeks. I feel for the parents thrust into remote learning and having a difficult time sorting through that and their own full time job, but don't forget that many teachers are also parents in a similar circumstance and providing remote learning to students.

Both my wife's district and the one my dual enrollment program follows plan to start back to face to face/hybrid on Oct. 12th, even though local case numbers are increasing. As my family is on my insurance, I have let her know that she has my blessing to quit, should her requests for additional PPE (found in every grocery store) go unheeded. We are fortunate enough to have savings to be able to lose her income, but she loves teaching and wants to do so, but not at the risk to her health. Even let the district know that she'd be willing to take a pay cut to pay for a proctor in her classroom, while she does all of the work. So we'll see how these requests go, but if not to our satisfaction, she'll quit and spend quality time with our children with a lot less stress!

A pro move would be to sneak into the bf's house put his hand in a warm bucket of water so he pisses the bed. Also say this when you make a sneaky exit

I don't care what you have to do, rent for at least 6 months and see what happens. I wouldn't buy shit for at least a year, maybe more.

If the market tanks again, I'm going to buy up a few rentals.

True, but with mortgage rates as low as they are, it kind of doesn't matter. Your money will be going towards principal instead of interest.
