Pickled.

Have done some simple pickling, did some refrigerator cukes this year, and normally do a jar or two of refrigerator pickled jalapenos. Didn't get a lot on my plant this year, though.

crickets are close to 60% protein by weight.

100g of crickets gives you 60g of protein
100g of almonds gives you 22g of protein... but also good fats.

So, healthier? I guess it depends on what you're looking for.
 
Really flying now.

Got teflon tape and installed showerhead. Found coveralls.

Insects are an incredibly good source of protein.

In college I had 2 summers we did pass for 180 for season on two public courses. Times were limited we could, but mostly unlimited. We did a lot of 7 or 8 am tee times, which in college was brutal to get up that early.
 
I mentioned the movie with Zsa Zsa, I just had to look and see how old she was in it. 41 years old.

Came across her list of husbands, woman had a hard time staying hitched.
