



Pickled.pickled or...basic eggplant parm, but its a labor intensive 2 day process to do it right.
my favorite breakfast on earth is a cold eggplant parm sammich non a roll.
Have done some simple pickling, did some refrigerator cukes this year, and normally do a jar or two of refrigerator pickled jalapenos. Didn't get a lot on my plant this year, though.
