im just proud of what ive done to myself. i dont give a fuck if anyone here thinks. i know what i did. dukes doesnt work out. says he does but hes a liar. i believe hippie because ive seen him talk shop before.

just got back from a 4 mile walk. It was supposed to be run, but I called my dad during what I thought would be my warm up and ended up talking for over an hour. Guess I'll run tomorrow then...

PS i have one of those too btw, i dont judge. guys in the system for those charges are fucked, fast. all it takes is a bad day and a claim, in my case, by a girl who is borderline personality disorder and bipolar.
