If those were my only two experiences with StubHub, or even half of them, I'd agree with you.

However, I've probably purchased tickets from StubHub for three or four dozen events, and only had a couple issues, and they went above and beyond to solve them.

Frankly, I'd done stumping for StubHub. If you think they're horrible, don't use them. I don't care.
