omelettes are different, I don't do ketchup but have let a bite or two wander into my hashbrowns with ketchup. Definitely put some Pace on an omelette. I usually do eggs as over easy though, so ketchup would be awful there. Perfect for this thread though

Yep. I prefer Cholula but just about any regular hot sauce will do just fine too.
