GAME SUGAR BOWL (CFP Qu): #7 ND vs #2 UGA • 3pm CT • ESPN

Defense played more than well enough. Can’t win many just scoring 10, and Kirby not just taking into half might be the biggest blunder of his coaching career. Going from down 6-3 to down 20-3 in the blink of the eye with the defense causing none of it

End of the day, I think I can live with 11 wins and a conference title in our worst season in a while. We’ll be back
Can’t blame the defense. ND had 244 yards of offense. Georgia was just sloppy (see a redshirt bumping the ref). Got killed in special teams

He absolutely trucked the kicker on the first one. Even the announcers were shocked it was a 5 yarder. That is the hardest I've seen a kicker get hit in a long time. Then he did it again the next play. THAT one was a 5 yarder. The first one should have been 15.

No it isn't. The rules official even stated as such on the broadcast.

I do agree -- the missed face mask was terrible. The motion call -- I think was made because the TE wasn't set for a second. But that was a ticky tack call. Those did go against ND.

Once again, it is extremely rare for a roughing the kicker to get called when the kickers plant leg is not hit.

I don't know what you are talking about. A player not in the game who runs into the ref during a LIVE PLAY is a fifteen yard penalty. It is not a sideline warning

Congrats ND. Weird game. You played disciplined ball. Never seen a game where you win 59:06 but lose by 13. But that’s credit to you … forced a TO, scored, then KO return. The last drive was awesome for you …. we’ve done that many times and it’s great to do.

Great win for you guys. Good luck going forward!

And out coached. Tip your cap kind of a game. Not much to really dwell on

sorry man i took your earlier comment the wrong way.. congrats on a good season.. i'm sure y'all will be reloading for an even better run
No biggie.

I think Stockton will be fine going forward. Full offseason with the first team and hopefully some receivers that can catch the ball. I think he played fine under the circumstances for his first ever start

Okay time for the main event!

Old Miss vs. Duke!!!

We can agree to disagree here. I do agree it is rare to get a roughing if it isn't the plant leg, but it is also rare a player hits the punter full speed like that. He ran thru the kicker.

The rules official on the broadcast even stated it is unlikely for a ref to not give a sideline warning before going to a 15 yard penalty, but it is up to the refs discretion. Michigan has received a TON of sideline warnings -- I couldn't tell you a single instance we've received a 15 yard penalty.

Krenzel matt flynn ceiling for stockton

Gonna guess CJ Carr? But we are rumored to be looking in the portal.
I’d be pissed if we did especially after Freeman came out and said he wasn’t doing that this year.

Does Angelli have a year left? He's been pretty good all the times he's been in, even if mop up duty. I'd be fine with him and Carr battling it out.

Yes he does. But he can’t run like Leonard. Carr is probably more versatile for what Denbrock wants to do. Minchey too. But Angeli is the best passer on the team.

Yeah having a mobile QB is a positive for the offense we want to run. I don't think we'll end up getting someone out of the portal as is. So best man up in camp will take it.
