Very popular is extremely expensive areas. In Maine, all the homes are all white. Im not even sure the HOA’s there allow for anything other than white.

I don’t have an issue with white houses. My neighborhood is all brick and stone and a white house wouldn’t match the aesthetics. HOAs are all about aesthetics.

That makes sense. When a couple people built all brick homes here the OG’s flipped out (this was before we moved in). So I get it.
