Actually, if you're gonna point fingers, you can start with:

- Adam Silver (deputy commissioner 2006-14; commissioner 14-now); mid-2000's was when the league's decline began with the hand-check rule. It softened up defenses and players.

- Generational comfort; American kids these days have cushier lives than kids who grew up in the 60s-80s. Harder times create harder people. Good luck finding anyone in today's NBA who have a hardened killer instinct guys like Jordan, Magic and Bird possessed. ...It's one of the key reasons European players are now better than Americans; Americans are pampered bitches.

Boss just uploaded something 30 minutes ago (I'm now done for the day), hey team, with the holidays coming up please get your sections done by the 18th or earlier. My last day this year is the 12th, so I guess I'll be aiming for earlier...

Also, I agree with the cash grab portion of it. VA will set up these machines from time to time in certain areas before heading onto the interstate, which supposedly say if you pass or not. If you pass, cool, just let me know. If it didn't pass, yeah send them something and say you have to fix it and get it inspected to show you passed now. EZ PZ.
