I always give it a week. You don't seem over anxious (which can drive down your offer) but just enough interest if they're considering you.

Follow up on Friday if you don't hear. Just a general status check kind of call

I'm also anxious to get cousin S2 out of the other house so I can get it on the market and be rid of it. Everything I've read though has mentioned patience and what you have been seeking will come to you soon. Should stop reading the horoscopes for fun.
