The problem is that this guy likes them. So we gets ferals.

had a neighbor like that at my old place. They'd throw food from their deck down to the ONE cat... then it was 3. Then there were kittens... and more fucking kittens. 3 years later there were 20+ cats hanging around before Animal Control was called to round them all up and kill them.

We rescued 2 of them and the one lived 17 years until this January.

I reminded my neighbor once that starting to feed 1 cat turned into the death of 20+ cats... they didn't talk to me for a while. But as long as they learned their lesson, oh well.

Get some coyotes. Feral cat problem gone. Yapping kick-dog problem gone. Unattended small children problem...well you get the point.
