They should go after Eli Drinkwitz. He’s from Oklahoma and played college ball in Arkansas, recruits as well as can be expected at Mizzou and has shown he can develop a good QB
 
word is they are about to fire Bjork.. he went behind everyone (search committee) and offered Stoops the gig and terms... while they were still talking to Fisch at AZ

Not a mark stoops fan. I do expect Bob Stoops name to be mentioned, not a fan of that one either.

I'm all for Coach E getting it. He's one of the best recruiters, kids love him, and he knows how to develop players. He just needs a good OC and OL coach.

Even if he kept Peteino and Azzido I think it’s an improvement. I could tell all year that Petrino was calling plays out of Jimbos outdated play book. Offense was night/day past few weeks with the guard rails off. If offense could come back to life with the third stringer imagine what it can do with Weigman back next year.

OL improved too. Not where it should be but vastly improved with a mobile QB running Petrinos scheme. Running game improved too.

Kind of tired of getting beat on the deep balls though. Idk if _urkin is the right guy for DC

players like him..well DL players like him.. I think if he's the choice,they are going to retain some of the current staff. Robinson will be cheap too and wouldn't care who eventually is the AD.
 
Heck he got Kentucky to a season finishing rank of 12 and a major bowl win against Penn State not very long ago. Kentucky!

I don’t expect Bob to take another job. It’s interesting though because his son only has one more game to play in what ended up being a fantastic college career. If he’s going to do anything it might be now.

I'm a little surprised by that. He could've got a huge pay raise by going to TA&M whereas Stoops wasn't that impressive of one. Elko was making $3.5 million at Duke but that's probably about to go up.

i always thought it was going to be him.. and it seems like that's who it is. He'll keep Robinson and probably a few others. Elko current staff at Duke won't have buyouts so he can take some with him and aggy won't have to pay extra
 
What was A&M's buyout to Mark Stoops?
