I guess one could also say Utah, TCU and West Virginia were pretty good but at a lower tier. But Colorado, A&M, Mizzou, Rutgers and Maryland were not at the times they were admitted to the PAC, Big 12, SEC and B1G. Mizzou did have some success in down years for the Big 12 North so I'll give them that. But, you have seen any "big dogs" move until now.
