Smoked my Thanksgiving turkey using their recipe last year... best fucking turkey I've ever eaten. It isn't traditional turkey and doesn't really go with gravy, but it doesn't need it.
Bought my bag last month because they sell out. Last year I got the last one at Ace a few weeks before Thanksgiving and they said they didn't expect any more.

Nothing too fancy. Rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, white pepper, ground mustard. Probably inject it with butter.What do you roll that in?
