So my lab just brought a frozen deer head up on my porch and was chewing on it.

I think it's a younger doe.

There was no fur on it, just frozen flesh like the skin had been ripped off.

I saw him out the front window running up to the porch with it in his mouth from behind the barn somewhere and he had it in his mouth. I knew it was a large chunk of flesh, but didn't know it was a head until I got out there and he dropped it.
I grabbed it and tossed it in the dumpster. I went back into the house and watched him out the window. He headed right back over around the other side of the barn. I called him and he's in the house now.
I'll go over there in a few and have a look see, but I expect there's a carcass over there that the coyotes spent the night feeding on.
Hopefully there's not much left and the buzzards will finish getting it clean up. If there's a lot left I'll throw a rope on it and toss what's left in the dumpster.

Found it. Just a few small patches of fur laying around in the corral's pole shed. Probably fur off the head.

No other bones so I assume a coyote/bobcat, etc, brought the head there from a kill elsewhere.
