Fem, I was giving hitting lessons last night and I got a text from Dev to trade up to 3. I hadn't looked at the chat because I was picking 10 and knew it would be this morning before I came up. You do have my number, right?

We made an offer on a place, 50k over asking and didn't even get a chance to counter because the top offers (plural) all exceeded initial offers of 200k over asking.

Cost of living in MS is amazing, it sounds like Dallas is about the same though which is great. I can't imagine Cali man, no way I am ever moving there

Fuck that shit because they’re all coming here they’re going to California my Texas. I am already thinking about looking for a house in Florida I don’t want to live in California and I think Texas could turn blue as early as 2024 it’s been progressing that way.

Florida is one of the worst places to live ugggh. Only reason you go there is to die and/or retire

That's because Texas has all the space to accommodate. On top of that a lot of major corporations have moved their headquarters to Texas already so the trend of people moving there makes sense.

If I could work remotely from home, and also wasn't a complete degenerate gambler, I would consider living in Vegas. Dream would be to work/live in Hawaii though. That's my vibe.
