So they may have gotten to the BCS title game in 2012 and 2013? and would have had a chance to beat ou with Kyler and Hurts? Tough scene, Jim.. #BadBreaks

Huh? I must have missed the Big 12 team that made the BCS title game in 12 and 13? They were clearly better than OU in 2012(bowl game for reference), and they were better than K St that year too. In 2013 three of their losses were to top 10 teams. The big 12 had one top 10 that season by seasons end. Give them OU's schedule, it's not to much to ask to split against Baylor and Oklahoma State. And those OU teams were really flawed in 2018 and 2019. A&M racked up more losses, but 5 of their 9 combined losses were to top 5 teams, and 4 of those were to the two teams that played for the title both years.

lol who did they beat in 2019? You are selling quality losses.. like moral victories.. This is worse than Clemsoning. You say they were better in 2012 and 2013, how convenient that they had just left the Big12 and probably would have been able to get to the BCS championship since the conference was soo bad. That's why I said, Tough Scene Jim.

And sure you can always say they would have beaten so and so.. because there's no way of knowing.. But all I know is from 96-2011 they only won the conference once, but it's all but assured they would have won a conf championship had they been in the big 12 from 2012-2019? Yeah ok.

Let's talk about the topic of the thread and the years 2010-2020. You know, when Texas didn't win the big12 at all. Meanwhile Kstate, Baylor (twice), and TCU can lay claim to titles.

Kyle is a good guy, but Tom has broken him.. But @Codaxx is correct.. Mack would have dragged this thing to Charlie level bad had he stayed anyway. Guy was recruiting the wrong players still.
