Just got back from Vegas yesterday. I am deceased....

I have no urge to go there
Maybe it's not your cup of tea. But I've gone at least 15 times in my life and every single time it's been an absolutely ridiculous and fun time. Just depends on what kind of stuff you were trying to get into, but really Vegas has something for everyone depending on your vibe. You just have to know where to go. My friends and I were big into the party/club scene so we did that back in the day for like 3 days straight. I just spent 36 hours there and I definitely and feeling it. Can't be doing that anymore, lol.

I went for the first time this year when the Packers played there. Best freaking time ever lol

True story time.

About 12 years ago, me and my friends went to Vegas during one of the biggest Electronic Music Festivals that Vegas hosts every year. The biggest DJ's from around the world come to play and every club is headlined with them in addition to their sets at the festivals. Vegas is packed and with a crazy amount of top tier talent (women, lol). We had a guy who knew a VP of one of the best clubs in Vegas. That weekend to reserve tables in the general area of the club you had to spend 5-8k minimums, which was high because of the demand that weekend. The closer to you go to the main area/DJ booth area, the higher the minimums get, exponentially.

So we get to the club and our guy says he has something special for us lined up. We had already agreed with him previously that we were looking for a $4,000 table minimum to split between 10 guys. He was already hooking us up at that price point which we appreciated. He walks us in the side entrance skipping the massive lines, walks through the main area, and right up next to the DJ booth and their own party tables and tells us this is our table.

We tell him we already agreed on the 4k price for one of the outer tables so there's no way we can afford this one. He tells us don't worry, he's honoring our 4k price. He had a last minute cancellation of this booth so instead of trying to re-sell it, he gave it to us. Later when he came back to check in on us, we asked him how much this table would have cost us normally. He said that weekend that table to reserve was 40k minimum.

That night we were given our own security guard not only to kick out other dudes who were trying to invade our space, but also to kick out other girls to make way for even hotter/more fun ones. Do you know what it's like to tell a group women, i'm talking 8's and 9's, that we don't want them to party with us and they gotta leave? On a typical night you have to run game or send out your scouts (best looking guys in the group) to go recruit girls to bring to your table. This night, women just flocked to us in droves. They did it because 1) we were next to the headliners, so we got the overflow and 2) because of where our tables were, they must have though we were millionaires. It was literally like being rockstars for 1 night.

We had no less than 20 of the hottest chicks at our table at any given time. Just rotating them in and out until we found the ones we liked best. We got to say whats up and lined up some shots with the headliners too which was awesome. Not to get into specifics but wild times were had at that table and afterwards. For one night we got to feel like it was like to be an actual celebrity.

I used to date a girl that worked at the Horseshoe casino in Shreveport. She said that there were 3-4 plain clothes cops, mostly SWAT, carrying concealed on every floor of the Casino. Said they made $60/Hr, and when they got there, they were given so many chips which they played with, if they lost so what, if they won, they didn't cash, they just turned the chips in. That sounded like a great gig to me lol

Sounds like a dream job, up until the moment you actually have to risk your life, lol.

I have a ton of respect for people who do jobs that I could probably never do. That goes from everything from Military to Farmers. I'm just not built for certain lifestyles.
