I've never waited more than 5 minutes in line at the vehicle registration location in my town. The emissions testing on the other hand... I've waited an hour idling in my car in line outputting emissions into the air completely defeating the point of the test. Glad that testing was finally eliminated.

This for registering a new car in your name or renewing? If it's renewing I did mine online with the RMV

We've never had vehicle inspections.

Damn. Yeah that's in person... Don't envy you at all... A few years ago it took me a few months to get that shit done.. Every time I went in they wanted some other type of paperwork
