Hottest team in baseball.

I tend to agree, but some minor improvements at the line would get the fan base and the rest of the team excited. But sticking to the plan is probably the smart moveFirst time over .500 since 2017.
And no. They will likely still be sellers at the deadline. They are way ahead of schedule and know they either won't sustain this or won't be able to do anything come playoffs. I will be surprised if Mancini isn't traded. They want to keep their young core intact and build for the next few years.
Have watched several of their games lately and they've been fun to watch.
I'd say sell, but honestly I don't think there's really anyone that could fetch a significant return. Mancini makes sense to trade but he's a FA after the season and he's a 1B/OF/DH type with a career 116 OPS+. Fine player, but not a star.
I think you get what you can for Mancini anyway. Who really brings in a significant return these days? Plus you also gain value from getting a guy like Kyle Stowers up and finding out more about him at the major league level while he learns and develops at the same time. Then you go into the offseason with more clarity on where he fits in your plans and that ripples through.
When is the last time an entire division finished above .500?The whole division is at or above .500
Tampa is 14 back from the Yankees, but would be leading the AL Central, and battling for 1st in the NL Central.
Same for the Red Sox since them and Tampa keep swapping back and forth.
Maybe they move Urias/Mateo/Odor? Gunnar Henderson and Jordan Westburg are also pretty close to the majors and may not be long for AAA.
Might be able to get a lottery ticket for Lyles.
