The Penguin is an upcoming HBO Max series spinoff of Robert Pattinson's The Batman film that will replace Gotham Central / Gotham PD, which was cancelled during development.

Colin Farrell will be returning from the movie as the titular lead character. Cristin Milioti will co-star as Sofia Falcone, the mob princess daughter of Carmine Falcone and thus Selina Kyle / Catwoman's half-sister.

In because I liked the movie.

Much more interested in the Arkham Asylum show that they are putting together for HBO though. But I'm not sure what is going on with that and if it is still going to happen or not.
