The Real Friday Thread

That's fucking awesome.

That was one of my favorite bits from back on FN. It's still fucking funny when I think about it.
I obviously don't know the full backstory, but I remember seeing it on tHoop, and it cracked me up.

Had a chance to work it in, and went with it.

I don't see how a place like Aria or Belaggio could be so mismanaged that they'd have a 2 year supply of crab legs. A back freezer or cooler is definitely where the money is at and even though it's staged I always appreciate the Ramsey shows when he digs back there..

Vegas is definitely on point with food though. And when it comes to crab in general Maryland ruined me forever on crab so I think I'm pretty picky.
Its the suppliers, not the casinos themselves. They get deals on shit for the buffets, when it isnt high quality

Any suggestions about restaurants to hit?

Wife wants to hit up the angry cook's restaurant.
Its a ways away from the strip, but you should try and get to a Mexican Restaurant called Lindo Michoacan, on Carnegie. Not on Desert Inn. It is on a hillside, and you can see the while valley at night. Ask for a window seat, and wait for it. Its worth it.

Best Mexican food in town, and the view is amazing. Trust me on this. Make time for dinner one night.

I wanted to move to Vegas before she decided on Nashville to be closer to her 2 sisters and oldest daughter.....plus it's a 10 hour road trip to our daughter in Camp Lejeune, NC. Lost the first battle (LOL), probably going to lose a few more over the coming years.
