This is going to be a fun card with some important things to learn. Starting with ... does Jon Jones dominance transfer to heavy weight? Gane is no joke and currently holds the interim heavy weight title. This one is for all the beans.

Valentina Schevchenko was flat in her last fight. Has she hit burn out?

Bo Nickal...is a wrestling sensation out of Penn State. He is a bad ass. To illustrate how much confidence Dana White has in him, this is Bo Nikal's first official UFC fight and he is opening the main card on a Jon Jones fight card.

The prelims are stacked. This is going to be a nasty card.

If Jones could have just had a little bit of self control outside of the octagon, he’d probably be the best of all time. About the time he started to get sideways was about the time I stopped watching regularly. Not because of him, the fighters I grew up with and loved were all old and starting to suck and I just lost interest. Henderson, Shogun, Cro Cop, Rampage, Wandy, Penn, Hughes etc.

UFC really should have adopted Pride rules when they took them over. Pride was so much better than the UFC. With that illegal satellite hookup we had, I never missed a fight. Have maybe watched 5 ppvs in the last 10 years now though, and haven’t watched a fight since McGregor broke his leg.

And now all the washed up ground game specialists are agreeing to boxing matches with a Youtube star and predictably losing boxing matches because they’re not boxers, and Randy Couture embarrassing Jakes Toney just becomes a more and more distant memory

Well...Jones is back and he's fighting a stud. If he beats Gane, I don't know anyone that can beat him currently at heavy weight. Francis Ngannou is the only one and he gave up the heavyweight belt saying there was better money to be had outside the ufc.

Last night was major marker in history for the UFC. Jones is going to own the heavyweights.

The bullet is on her way down and the younger generation is going to pass her by. She will be around for a while and probably get the belt back. But she is no longer head n shoulders above all of them. Instead of Japan, maybe she should train in Mexico 🇲🇽

Bo Nickal....1st ufc fight and its going to take the best the ufc has to compete with him. The guy is for real. Put his name to memory

And the look on gane's face after he tapped said it all.
