I ate inside a restaurant for the first time since February this past weekend. With shit hitting the fan again it might not happen again until February.

I actually prefer my ribeyes and strips to be cooked a bit more. Not medium, but a little more than mid-rare. It lets the fat render a little more. Delicious.

Potatoes on the grill do take longer, but the skin gets all good and crispy. I use potato nails. They help transfer the heat into the center of the spud.

I usually go with fingerling potatoes on the grill so I don't have to wait as long. Never heard of potato nails before.
 
Won 3 bets, lost 1 last night.
 
Had 2 meetings this morning. Both got rescheduled. That's annoying.

The attorney that was using part of my office has returned.

It's astounding to me the amount of times his meetings get rescheduled, or he gets straight stood up.

People are fucking assholes.
