One of the only things I’d disagree with in that article is the notion that law school is a trade school. It most definitely is not. It doesn’t teach you anything about how to be a lawyer.That's definitely what they *should* do, but I'm sure they won't cause then some people will quit and they'll get less tuition money.

I'll also sometimes slice them, parboil them, and then oil/season and crisp them up on the grill. End up with something like this:
