We have firearms and got a game camera set up at the entrance of our driveway. A short term security option should arrive today.

Good luck with this guy. Hopefully he is all talk and no action. Or maybe he gets drunk enough to do something just dumb enough to get him locked up for a while, but not enough to harm anything.

He definitely doesn't have a lot of follow-through. But after 4 years of name-calling, an escalation to threatening to kill me is at least some cause for concern.

I don't handle criminal law, so I'm not entirely sure. But if I'm reading the law right and my criminal law buddy is correct, he could be charged with felony-level terroristic threats. But that's up to the county attorney what specific charges get brought.
