Man... Thought I was finally going to get under 8 min/mile (again).

8.11/mi for 3.5. last .6 I had a cramp in my calf.

Scared the shit out of a couple walking on the sidewalk. They gave me a mean look
 
Also @ThePeoplesChicken I noticed my brother was wearing Hokas for his running shoes. That's good enough to convince me to check them out.

My #2 hockey school is the Fighting Sioux. NDSU is one of the FCS teams I pull for though. I pull for all 4 Dakota schools for FCS football.
