Have to love the first sentence of the article:

Its' hilarious.
And on the football side of the equation, Texas had the same deal that USC had in the PAC, but Texas could only squeeze out 4 NC's in football vs 11 for USC.

you mean 8 in the same set up.. they won the other 2 (which were split) after the formation of the Big12..

they were a machine it seems in the 30's.. they were really good in the 70s.. look at their stars from back then.

SWC was a special conference only because of the hatred between schools..that all seem to be directed towards UT
