This isn't about anything I'm making, but I hate throwing away parts of meat, veggies, and fruits I discard. Have any of you ever done any of this with your watermelon rinds?

I guess the biggest thing for me is I never pickled or candied anything. I'm horrible about making stock as well (every recipe is plussed up so much). I pureed up the first half for now, which who knows if that'll ever be put to use, but seemed simpler at the moment than figuring out how to pickle or candied something or whatever another process might be.

I've had pickled. It's fine.

Smoke ‘em at 225 until they get to about 125 internal and then finish them on the grill.

I brought home this dry rub from NY called Watson Sand. Good Stuff. So, I smoked some boneless pork with the rub and now I'm going to make some pulled pork.

The rub has turmeric in it and offers a nice flavor so when I found this recipe it was like a match made in heaven.

Just started the insta pot so it should be ready in 45 minutes of so.

When I take pictures with my iPhone, they’re always too big to post on the message board. If I use an app like Flickr, sometimes I cannot get my images to load onto the board

I have the same problem. So, I what I do is crop the picture with the edit function I have on my phone.

That's where I've learned to stage my pictures in a way that when I do crop them is shows what I want, just saying.

Yeah, I gave up on Facebook about six or seven years ago and I don’t miss that

I think you’re right, I think if I zoom out on my iPhone and then take the image I can crop down to exactly what I’m trying to show.
