well it stretches ALL THE WAY off, so keep stretching eventually it will fully stretch completely out of there :D (other than that im nto sure what to tell you ive used hundreds of the things and they have only damaged when pulling away from the wall even if itis only a tiny portion unstretched remaining it will pull paint)

I told my wife 30 years ago that I'll load the dishwasher but if she can't help herself, and re-arranges it all anyway, then just do it yourself the first time.
I wasn't going to put up with that stupid shit.
Mine bitches about how the dishwasher gets unloaded. If you like things a certain way, and no one else can do it how you want, then do it yourself. There's plenty I don't let her do because I want it done a certain way. She hasn't murdered me yet, so there's that, haha.

Still looking for the right way?

Haha, probably trying to get the poison just right. Of course she's got that Viking blood in her, so it would probably be a battle axe to my head.

I told the wife, that's fine. I can help with that, but get ready to learn how to start/operate/maintain the weed eater and lawn mower.
Oh, and learn how to balance on a ladder 15 feet off the ground, and all the other outside work that needs to be done.
And don't ever fuck up the edging.

She gave all that a hard pass.

Just curious as to the length of your hospital stay upon telling her that.

That was 30 years ago.
If you don't set them straight at the start, you're just in for misery.
30 years ago as we were setting the ground rules, my wife was field stripping/cleaning her M1911A1 .45. Our conservation went a little different than yours.
