Thinking of getting Leaf Gard installed

I put this stuff in my front gutters when we replaced them. Works pretty well. The only "problem" spot that I notice is the corner over my front door. Sometimes leaves will collect there, and occasionally will cause overtopping of the gutter if they slide down over the top of the foam. Takes me a few minutes to clean off the top there when I am putting up the Christmas lights, but I could probably just as easily use a leaf blower or shop vac to get leaves out of the way.

With my metal roof, snow is a problem. We need snow brakes. Snow would cascade down as it melted. The ones we got were not the long bars you see, but decorative bits staggered across 3' up from the edge. They work well.

I’ve thought about getting them, but I worry about how durable they would be versus the hail we get here along the Front Range.

Thanks for all of the comments fellas.

It was truly helpful.
