Going to test drive a BMW X3 M40 this weekend, I had been looking at mid sized trucks, but might check out sporty SUV as well

I just know I don't want a boring crossover/SUV
 
Hey all. Flying back from NOLA today. Been a good trip, just wish we had better weather. It was chilly for NOLA when we got here, and it's been kinda rainy since. We were hoping to spend more time in the hotel pool today, but we started hearing thunder and had to get out.

Got to see some of the Quarter and Jackson Square, a few breweries, a couple of playgrounds and stuff for the kids, and we did the WW2 museum. Tank would have been happy to just ride the streetcars all vacation.

Younger brother is officially married.

if you total all the pulls tabs, sports bets, and horse race bets over 25 years I'm nowhere near that total
 
@RoyMunson, what's there to do for four hours in the Nashville airport? Getting hammered isn't really an option, since I have to drive when we get to Philly.

my favorite spectator sport won't be available to you when you're flying back since you'll see the opposite of what I normally see.

I fly out on either Sunday night or early Monday morning. Those times I get to see the end of the bachelorette party weekend crowd, usually hung over and fighting. Definitely more entertaining than the start of the weekend crowd that is nothing but wooooo girls.

A few of the restaurants have live music, so that's always an option too.

There was a decent dude playing in Ole Red. Wound up being where we spent most of our layover.

We wound up providing a bit of entertainment ourselves, since Tank had a meltdown when we got off the plane.
