So yeah, understand that for every time someone walks in with a clear understanding of what's going on, there are probably 20 examples of someone not even bothering to check the account before going to customer service.

Oh I completely get that. It wasn't the question I asked them though. That was the problem. But in their defense it's a common question so it's a natural starting point for them

1 Bedroom. But I am 25-30 miles south of Boston AND got one hell of a deal.... Prices still are as bad as Boston pricing...
