Good morning good people. It sure was cold last night. Even the wife didn't complain when I turned on the heat. She'll tell me to turn it down soon. I walk around in my coat and hat all day when the heat is off.

My wife's best friend sent a picture of himself sitting up in a chair. He looks like a shell of himself after recovering from Covid. He's being moved to rehab around Christmas, and likely won't be able to work, if he desires, until March. He's about 65 and had no underlying conditions, but after spending 10 days on a ventilator, you're not exactly ready for the Olympics.

Looking forward to the Ohio State game on Saturday. We're going to have to win big if we want to insure making the playoffs.

Thought for the day: I helped out a poor person today. It feels good.
