Three French Hens Thursday

Well, he didn't actually kill him, just hoped that a guy who was high risk for COVID complications had COVID.
I honestly had no idea he was high risk

Ida thunk someone as high risk as him would have had a different approach...

yeah. Agreed. He talked about having a very serious heart procedure. Did he say it was a transplant?

Yeah! I agree!! I was just trying to bait some fool into admitting they watched that crap!!

I watched it back in high school and really liked it

maybe 10 yrs ago I decided to commit to a season and got hooked again...I am sure if I started watching a season now, I would get hooked

Same as most reality shows. Too much filler, not enough meat

Douche killed his lifter cred when he tried to say he maxed out at like 350 after getting high.
When I was at my strongest ever, was when I was a total pot head, and worked out everyday. Used to smoke weed and go zone out on the weights. Seemed like it helped me push my limits, by limiting the parts of brain/nerves that control pain, or burning, in the muscle. I could always get a few more reps. I broken the record for dips, at 69, while baked out of my mind, in high school.

It sounds weird, but even now, I get a better work out in if I have a little edible an hour before I go do something. Maybe I'm just conditioned, but its not just in my head. I start to want to give into the muscle burn earlier in sets, and on burnout type workouts, its not even close.
