Thrusty Thursday

Mine is strategically set-up with three lanes and the farthest one is VIP for members with instant access. So you drive up from behind past like 5-6 cars waiting in line and go right in and you can literally see the combination of confusion and rage on their faces, unaware of the membership option.

Well worth the $28 a month.

Just the wait until I do that with the new exhaust in.

🤤

This one has four lanes, three of which are for members. There's no secret.

Loud exhausts are gayer than @Peter Gozintite and me combined.

Yoga, Pete?

Word. I end every workout with 10-15 minutes of stretching and I'm sure many if not most of the stretches are also yoga poses, but that sounds gay, so I call it stretching.

I have been dealing with all kinds of issues with my legs recently. Started to have issue with my achillies too and thought it was tendinitis. Have been going to physical therapy for the achillies and finally figured out it's all been a piriformis muscle issue, that's cause sciatic nerve issues and portions of muscles all the way from my back to my toes to be constantly tense.

Started doing some sciatic nerve yoga stretching yesterday and had an absolute turn around in how I am feeling and walking. Got up early this morning and did it again and walked a couple miles. Feeling like a new man, and regardless of what @SlinkyRedfoot will say, I still am not as gay as he is.
I suffer from similar issues. Stretching and adequate water intake help like a mofo, supplemental diet helps even moreso (healthy shit and specific vitamins).

The wife has me on a bunch of stuff right now. Just found a great bunch of stretches and core strength work outs that have changed my entire outlook. Fingers crossed things keep trending this direction.

Once I got my core back, a lot of shit quit bothering me. Back pain decreased 85%…only fucks with me when I’m upright and stationary too long.

Stretching, fluids, potassium and eating better have helped immensely. You’ll get there, just approach it real slow like.
