It's kind of like jelly/jam, but you don't worry about seeding. Just cook the grapes with sugar, and then blend the whole thing once it's cooked down. There are bits of crunch due to the seed parts, but if you eat it with chunky peanut butter, you won't notice.

Why would you have chunky peanut butter when any sane person knows that creamy is the superior product?
