Thursday before the Snowpocalypse

nah i mean you could go to guam or hawaii or another pacific island where the weather doesnt fluctuate much more than a handful of degrees and is in the 70-80s 365

Perspective. I agree ;) Great place to visit, terrible place to live.
This winter has been boring in my area. Not sure if we have reached 1" total snowfall yet. Don't mind fallow fields but I prefer them to be snow covered.

should be able to take a hand truck to a random office building and get yourself a free filing cabinet.
No shit.

I have four or five in my office that I can't give away.

I didn't really think to take an inventory of the office furniture that we were giving away when they shut our office down in Manhattan. Might have been able to get something nice there, but the Midtown parking prices and tolls might have made my trip cost almost the same as my order currently is.

yea if i hated weather arizona/nm/socal would probably be where i would go. I like my thunderstorms and blizzards and the inbetweens

I just hate the winter mostly. Hate the dog days of summer when it's hot & not many storms.
nothing like that sweet retirement life chasing storms.

In the spring hopefully. Could run the risk of snow though in that location.

I can hardly imagine how shitty it would be to try to be in commercial real estate in Manhattan right now. Anyone trying to turn that stuff into condos/apartments so units are more affordable? Minneapolis is a fucking ghost town and it has never been a city where downtown has a boatload of residents.

I think there's a move towards that. I haven't really been keeping track. Our building was mixed use, I think a few of the top floors were residential in the first place.

Apparently it's not so bad.

Commercial real estate is suffering everywhere I think. Entire strip malls are vacant. For lease signs up everywhere. Not many new businesses firing up.

I'm waiting for residential to adjust, but it keeps going nuts.

The weird thing here is that some things are vacant, but then they just build new shit. Built a whole complex with a gas station and two or three fast food joints a mile away from a largely abandoned strip mall.

Totinos ?
No lol it's zero net carb tortillas buttered garlic salt then golden broil on one side then flipped and topped like pizza then back in the oven. Tastes exactly like thin crust pizza only carbs come from the sauce.

Totinos, 😂 totinos probably has more sugar than this does fiber (15 grams fiber)
